16. Order Cancellation & Fraud Prevention

Provogue (India) Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:

• Cancel fraudulent orders.
• Reject orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
• Inaccessible geographical areas/Non serviceable pin Codes

 

Fraudulent behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Excessive returns
• Invalid contact details
• Promotional voucher misuse
• Payment verification failure
• Returning incorrect items

 

Orders can only be cancelled if the order is not shipped, if the order is shipped, we would be unable to cancel the order. Promotional vouchers used in cancelled orders will not be refunded.

 

17. Pilferage Claims

Claims for missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3-4 business days after investigation.
