The E-commerce Head will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the online sales strategy & managed P&L for growing brand in luggage industry. This candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing e-commerce initiatives, building, and developing the online sales store, optimizing the customer experience to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the online space.



Key Responsibilities:


1. E-commerce Strategy


- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and technologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.



2. Own e-commerce Channel P&L


-Create joint business plan with e-commerce platforms, regularly track performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate with sales and category teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
-Budget the pricing & performance marketing spends and optimize the spends. Ensure the topline and bottom-line targets are met.



3. Own store development and Improve on-store customer experience


-Create the D2C platform for the brand, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update product listings, pricing, promotions, and delivery.
-Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, including personalized shopping experiences and effective customer support.
-Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to improve overall product and service offerings.



4. Team Leadership


-Build & lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
-Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the category team.



5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


-Work closely with IT, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of e-commerce operations.
-Collaborate with the category team to introduce new products and improve existing ones based on customer feedback and market trends.



Qualifications Required


-Graduate degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
